3. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This generally includes browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. The IP address is stored in anonymised form in the log files. The log files are retained for a maximum of eight weeks and are then automatically deleted.
This data is not combined with other data sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of its website.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Newsletter and registration
This website does not currently offer a newsletter sign-up or a registration form. No email addresses are collected for advertising purposes.
Should a sign-up be offered in future, this policy will be supplemented accordingly beforehand.
6. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are delivered from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers and no data is transmitted to third parties.
7. Cookies and web analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), but only if you have consented through our cookie notice. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga distinguishes users, _ga_<ID> stores session state. Both expire after two years. It records page views, approximate origin (city, country), device, browser, the referring page and clicks on our email address. For users in the EU, Google states that it stores no IP addresses; they are used only for approximate location and then deleted. We have limited the retention of analytics data to two months and switched off Google Signals and advertising features. A data processing agreement with Google is in place.
A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which under an adequacy decision of the European Commission ensures an adequate level of data protection.
The legal basis is your consent under § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, via the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.
We store your choice in the cookie notice in your browser's local storage, so the notice does not appear on every visit. This is technically necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). This website sets no other cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
